What products are eligible?
All CBD Jubilee products are eligible for purchase (subject to availiability). If items are out of stock and cannot be ordered, Alix will let you know and will work with you to find a replacement item.
How do I sign up?
Simply email Alix your order and she will create an invoice that will be generated for you each month (or every other month) to pay online. Invoices will be generated by the 15th of the month and must be paid by the 28th.
When are subscription orders shipped?
Subscription orders will be shipped the first week of the month.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Email Alix by the 21st of the month to cancel for the following month. We must know no later than the 21st so we can make sure we have the correct amount of product in our inventory.
Can a subscription be delivered locally?
Yes! Just let us know when you call to place your subscription order. Please note, delivery is only available within a 5 mile radius of 65th St. and College Ave. in Indianapolis.
How does shipping work?
Orders under $100 with 4 or fewer items will be charged the normal shipping rate of $10. Orders with more than 4 items will be charged the normal $10 shipping rate.
Subscription orders that are not paid by the 28th may not ship the first week of the month.
