The truth is, we want to make sure that we are providing you with the most recent and reliable research out there. It vital for us to know about and understand what we are putting into our bodies. How we nourish our bodies is probably one of the most important aspects of our well-being. Taking the time to do research and get to know your supplements is absolutely worth your time. There is a lot of CBD hype out there and you need to decipher what product is best for you. How are these companies producing CBD? Where is my CBD sourced? What additives are in my CBD? How is CBD helpful? All of these questions can be part of the discussion at our “Ask the Resource Queen Podcast” event at Books and Brews in Broad Ripple.
This is also your chance to ask your burning questions about CBD to Dr. Rebecca Anderson. She has so much information to impart and is ready to get the conversation started. Come join in on the fun — turn off Netflix, get off your couch, and come grab a beer and food with us on July 14th!
